AASCT-001; – 3 Days Ngorongoro Camping Adventure

A safari that takes you to the words most visited destination with high wildlife concentration and sticking scenery.

Day 1 – Arusha- Lake Manyara National park

Depart for Lake Manyara National Park at around 0830am, famous for its tree climbing lions and large flocks of flamingoes. The park contains five distinct vegetation zones and is of scenic beauty. Dinner and overnight at Twiga/Jambo campsite.


The Lake Manyara National park is serene and beautiful with main attractions of a rich bird life, tree-climbing lions, its elephants, and hippos that you can see at closer range than most other places. Lake Manyara is an alkaline lake and at certain times of the year hosts thousands of flamingos and a diversity of other bird life. Although it is one of the smallest parks, its vegetation is so diverse enabling it to host a variety of wildlife habitats.

Day 2:

After breakfast take a Picnic Lunch with you descend 670m into the crater floor for game viewing, breaking for lunch at the Lerai picnic site. The crater is 14.5km. Wide and is home to all the big five and hence the same may be seen. Hippos, cheetah, antelopes and the spotted hyena are other species commonly seen as well as flamingoes on the crater lakes. Dinner and overnight at Simba campsite.

DAY 03: Lake Manyara – Arusha

After breakfast depart for Arusha where the safari ends.

AASCT-002: 3 DAYS NGORONGORO/ LAKE MANYARA CAMPING SAFARI.

A safari that takes you to the words most visited destination with high wildlife concentration and sticking scenery and tree climbing lions in L. Manyara, birdlife and hippos.

Day 01: Arusha – Ngorongoro Crater

Leave Arusha in the morning and proceed to Ngorongoro Simba camp arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives in the crater. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Simba campsite.

The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s biggest whole volcanic caldera at 8300 sq km and is arguably the most stunning arena.

It is frequently described as one of the wonders of the world, not only because of its geological magnificence, but also because it serves as an extraordinary natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s largest populations of large mammals. Ngorongoro and other freestanding mountains are volcanic in origin, formed during the fracturing process that created the Rift valley 15 to 20 million years ago. When it peaked in size 3 million years ago it was a similar height to Mt. Kilimanjaro today.

Day 02: Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara

After breakfast leave with picnic lunch for Lake Manyara. Afternoon game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Twiga/Jambo/Fig Tree campsite.
