The 4×4 Land Cruiser: Built for African Safaris
At Asili Adventure Safaris, the customised 4×4 Toyota Land Cruiser is our preferred safari vehicle. Its four-wheel-drive capability, raised suspension and strong build make it ideal for rough roads, muddy tracks, river crossings and remote wildlife areas.
The vehicle's elevated seating position and large windows provide excellent visibility for wildlife viewing and photography. Its pop-up roof gives guests unobstructed panoramic views while allowing them to stand comfortably during game drives.
Our Land Cruisers are customised specifically for safari travel, with spacious seating, easy-access doors, additional fuel capacity, spare tyres and practical storage for luggage and equipment. They are more stable and better suited to difficult terrain than an ordinary safari minivan.
Every safari vehicle is accompanied by a professional driver-guide with extensive knowledge of local routes, road conditions, wildlife and East African culture. Your guide is responsible for your safety, comfort and overall safari experience from the beginning of your journey to the end.
Our vehicles are serviced, inspected and cleaned regularly to maintain dependable performance. Safety equipment, a first-aid kit and long-range radio communication are also carried for added peace of mind during remote journeys.
