Martin Njoroge

Born and raised in the Great Rift Valley, Martin grew up helping his family with farming, with little thought of a career in tourism. A visit to Lake Nakuru National Park's famous "pink lake," coloured by its vast flamingo population, sparked an early fascination with Kenya's wildlife. After high school, he moved to the city and trained as a tour guide, turning that early curiosity into a career. Martin's favourite destination is Samburu National Reserve in northern Kenya, prized for its complete safari experience — rewarding morning game drives, comfortable lodge facilities, and evening outings, all set against a warm northern climate. Samburu is also home to the "Special Five," species found nowhere else in Kenya.
